Process changes are recognized at earlier stages and relevant process parameters can be auto-corrected before the manufacturing process fails. Real-time process monitoring is essential for reduced scrap rate, test costs and rework.

Process monitoring with WELDEYE:

During the represented welding process the flux of shielding gas is measured. The marker of the Weldeye_player clearly shows the seam interruption. The pink diagram exhibits the significant decrease of the gas flux, indicating the failed weld.
